In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation 679 of 25 May 2016 and Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003, we INFORM you that Humida GmbH processes the personal data of customers, suppliers, and speakers.
The aforementioned data controller guarantees, within the framework of legal provisions, that the processing of personal data is carried out in consideration of the fundamental rights and freedoms as well as the dignity of the data subject, with particular regard to confidentiality, personal identity, and the right to personal data protection.
Objectives and purposes of data processing:
- Compliance with legal obligations, obligations arising from regulations, community standards, as well as civil and tax laws
- Performance of activities related to the company’s business operations, such as completing internal statistics, preparing invoices, and managing customer accounting.
- Transmission (by post and e-mail) of regular customer newsletters, promotions, brochures, and information about events…
- Protection of claims and management of liabilities
- Objectives regarding insurance, in particular credit insurance
- Networking via various online platforms
We explicitly point out that our customers’ data, including any potentially sensitive and/or legal data, is processed exclusively within the aforementioned company and for the purposes stated above, in compliance with all legally required minimum security measures.
Furthermore, in relation to the objectives stated above, your personal data, of an ordinary nature only, will be forwarded if necessary:
- to public administrations and authorities, when required by law
- to all natural and/or legal persons, public and/or private (legal, administrative, and tax advisory offices, courts, chambers of commerce, etc.), when forwarding is necessary or useful for the performance of our activities, as well as in the manner described above for the corresponding purposes.
The personal data processed by Niederbacher GmbH is not subject to dissemination.
Data processing may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic means and includes all operations provided for in Article 4, paragraph 1, letter a of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 that are necessary for the relevant data processing. In any case, data processing is carried out in compliance with all security measures that ensure its safety and confidentiality.
The data protection law grants data subjects the ability to exercise certain rights. Specifically, they have the right to know which personal data the controller holds about them and can obtain information on whether any data exists about them, even if it has not yet been recorded. They also have the right to receive further details about this data, including its origin, the reason and purpose of its processing, as well as information about the controller and the person responsible for processing, and the persons or categories of persons to whom this data may be disclosed.
The data subject has the right to confirm and verify their data, to correct and update it, and to request that the data be deleted, blocked, or converted into anonymous data if the processing violates legal provisions.
